This is a possible manual solution for you 'handyman-fixers' out there:

WARNING: Do this at your own risk. manually changing the registry could cause system critical errors if done incorrectly, the instructions below are not guaranteed to work on your particular system setup.

Removing Autostart Entries from the Registry

Removing autostart entries from the registry prevents the adware from executing at startup.

Open Registry Editor. To do this, click Start>Run, type REGEDIT, then press Enter.

In the left panel, double-click the following: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>System>CurrentControlSet>Services

In the Services folder, look for the folder WS2IFSL and delete it.

Close Registry Editor.

Deleting Adware File

Open Windows Explorer. Right-click Start and click Explore.

In the left panel, navigate to the Widnows system folder, which is usually C:\Windows\System or C:\WINNT\System32.

In the right panel, locate and delete the following files:

SpOrder.dll

Wincore.dll

CidRules.dll

Inetadpt.dll

WinUpd.dll

Monitor_ch.dat

All files detected as ADW_TARGETSOFT.A.
